These are great fun to make and look really fantastic on any buffet table. They also make a lovely decadent supper dish.
What you’ll need:
- Sheet of puff pastry
- Goats cheese
- Chive
- Happy Hedgehog foods lemon vinegar
How to make:
- Cut fresh pastry to a size large enough to line a muffin tin..weigh down with baking beans and blind bake for about 9 mins.
- Once cooked and cooled, add the goat’s cheese and drizzle each pastry cup a little of Happy Hedgehog foods lemon vinegar. Top with fresh chives and bake for 10 mins.
