This is a a delightful chutney, sweet and savoury, it is fabulous on a cheese sandwich, beautiful with a cold cut.
It is a mixture of hedgerow fruits, onions and vegetables and is completely different to anything else on the market.
It isn’t as thick as most chutneys, but is spreadable consistency makes it perfect for adding to gammons before cooking, or binding with cheese.
